[I'm reviving this if you don't mind. Figured I would put it to get use while it was still on here.]

Hair color and type: Light Green, mid-length, reaches about his neck.
Skin tone: Lightly tan
Ability(s): Has the ability to create, alter, and use the wind to his advantage such as making tornado's or changing the way the wind is moving at the current time.

Personality: Moody. Like the wind, his personality can change very quickly depending on the circumstances and the environment around him. Most of the time though, he's full of energy and greatly sarcastic around everyone while somehow maintaining the 'gentleman' like appearance he gives off.
